I have had the fuel filter and the fuel rail sensor changed and am still getting the problem.
hi, i am having similar problems with my 2006 transit connect tdci. glow pug light flashers, then engine cuts out, ( any speed) code po251 showing on code reader. replaced fuel filter as dirty. , intercooler pipes are ok. cannot find any chaffed wires or corroded connections near or on fuel pump. could the fault be the fuel metering solenoid

Hi, I have a problem with my Ford Galaxy, 2010 model, 2.0 TDCI, 140hp. The engine is stalling when idle, and also when at low speed. I retrieved DTC's with the fault code reader, and got P1168 (Fuel Rail pressure in range but low) + P1169 (Fuel rail pressure in range but high). I then replaced the diesel filter, which seemed to help some.
