It is always good to know year Engine and transmission. There is no fuel cut off switch. If the engine is not cranking or running the fuel pump is not energized . Check all the fuses with your Meter make sure the EFI and Circuit Opening Relay are working correct. there is a connector under the drivers seat the blue wire goes to the fuel pump .
