Yes as others have said they mostly have set damage i believe with certain moves scaling off of the relevant stat for the oath. Arcwarder moves scale of thundercall and flamecharm. Blindseer beam scales with willpower. I believe that's it. Starkrinded and visionshaper sent scale I believe (the moves are good by themselves lol).
