My current weapons are the grenade launcher for a sidearm, the shredder for close to medium-close distances and the MS16 and bow for medium to medium-long distances. I use hunter and overdose syringes. I have 4 health bars and no defensive skills on the skill tree except to get 4 bars. I don't use takedowns either. Just looking for additional tips.

Depends on how you want to play. I put the main campaign on the back burner and liberate bell towers and clear outposts first. You can't unlock the northern areas until later in campaign but even the southern part has enough to do. Upgrading all the pouches and unlocking skills was also my earlier priority.
